That car is from the California Central Coast. Very cool kustom and the builder has built more cool cars from what I have been told
This is Paul Cepeda's DeSoto with a Zepher back half from Napomo Cal. just north of Santa Maria
yea forgot his name. Know the area well. I am from Central Coast also and looking forward to his next creation
